Hart’s Annual Army List 1908 – 21st April 1900, 2nd Lieutenant; 8th February 1902, Lieutenant; 1st November 1907, Captain.
Lieutenant Parker, served in the South SAfrica war in 1899-1900 with the 2nd Battalion, Hampshire Regiment and took part in the march to Pretoria and the occupation of Johannesburg and Pretoria.
