Middlesex Regiment  - Captain H. Peploe (Royal West Kent Regiment.) relinquishes the temporary rank of Major on ceasing to be employed with a Battalion. 15 March 1918.

London Gazette 13th July 1918.

Royal West Kent Regiment. - Temporary  Major H. Peploe (Middlesex Regiment) (Captain, Royal West Kent Regiment.), to be acting Lieutenant Colonel while commanding a Battalion. 29 May 1918 to 7 June 1918.
