Born 1884, Penshurst, Kent, son of Thomas Izzard & Elizabeth Izzard, nee Laxby.
Enlisted Tonbridge Kent. Resided West Malling, Kent.
Commemorated at Kirkee 1914-1918 Memorial, Face 7, India & St John the Baptist Church, Penshurst, Kent.
