Child - Kathleen Emily Mason, born 10th October 1913, Hampton Hill, Middlesex.

Enlisted  Hampton Hill, Middlesex, age 22 years & 338 days, height 5ft 9 inches, weight 122lbs. Formerly railway porter.

27th August 1921, letter from Mrs E Mason (mother) of 16 Myrtle Road, Hampton Hill, Middlesex to Infantry Records - "I am writing to inform you that I have given the medals sent to me on behalf of the late soldier Pvt W Mason 4049 RWK  to Mrs E Smith, Wolsey Road, Hampton Hill" Letter from Mrs E Smith, 45, Wolsey Road, Hampton Hill to Infantry Records - "I have been handed over the medals this morning what I wrote for which Mrs Mason of 16 Myrtle Road, received thanking you very much."

Buried at Dranoutre Military Cemetery, I. A. 22., Belgium.
