9th January 1918, Ministry of Pensions to Officer in Charge of Records - " I am directed by the Minister of Pensions to inform you that the widow of No.18683 Pte T Nottingham, 10th Royal West Kent Regiment, remarried on 16th October 1917, now Mrs Allwright, has been awarded a remarriage gratuity of £35.15, pension allowance of 5/- a week for her and one child with effect from 25th February 1918."
