Born High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, son of Thomas John and Louisa Harvey, 67 Colebrook Road, High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

20th November 1887, St Peters, Southborough, Kent, baptism of Thomas John Harvey, son of Thomas John and Louisa Maria Harvey.

1904 March quarter, St Mathew, Southborough,  married Esther Louisa Tickner, spinster, of 68, High Brooms Road, High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells, Kent. 

Children - Doris Powell Tickner, born 2nd December 1901, Bromley; Mabell Louisa Rose Harvey, born 15th August 1904; Gwendolin Alice Harvey, born 14th October 1906; Thomas James Harvey, born 16th February 1909.
