Private Oliver MEAD, G/39069, 3rd Battalion,  Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, died of illness, at Chatham, Kent, 10th October 1918, age 20.

16th July 1898, born Little Tey, Essex, son of Harry Clement and Alice Mary Mead, of Wagstaff Cottage, Coggeshall Road, Marks Tey, Colchester, Essex.

Enlisted Colchester, Essex.

No War Gratuity as insufficient Service.

14th October 1918, buried at  Marks Tey (St Andrew) Churchyard, Colchester, Essex.
