VAD Hospital, Kemsing, now quite well; 1st August 1918, discharged to Duty; 14th September 1918, posted Eastern Command Labour Depot; 17th September 1918, posted Reserve Employment Company; 3rd October 1918, embarked Folkestone, proceeded overseas to join Dis Employment Company BEF; 4th October 1918, disembarked Boulogne; 26th May 1919 to 9th June 1919, leave to UK; 15th October 1919, transferred to Army Reserve Class "Z" on demobilization.

19th October 1919, date to which Separation Allowance of £1 6s 6d will be paid.

Buried at Kensal Green (St Mary's) Roman Catholic Cemetery, 3. 2804C., United Kingdom.
