9th October 1916, pension of 15/- a week awarded  to widow & one child. Widow died 1917, December Quarter, Bromley Registration District.

13th January 1921, Statement of Relatives, completed by sister in law, Ada Smith, of 30, Godwin Road, Bromley, Kent.
