1911 Census - 16 Beresford Street, Woolwich - Harold Merrett, head, age 33, married, boiler cleaner, Borough Council, worker, born Stroud, Gloucestershire; Charlotte Merrett, wife, age 33, married 10 years, 1 child, still alive, born Woolwich; Harold Stanley Merrett, son, age 8, school, born Plumstead.


* 1911 December, Woolwich Registration District, Charlotte Merrett died age 34.

1913 September Quarter, Woolwich Registration District, Harold Merrett married Elizabeth Keeble.

Enlisted Woolwich, Kent.  Resided Woolwich, Kent.

Widow - Elizabeth Merrett, Charlton, SE7.

Children - Florence Merrett, born 29th June 1914, residing Charlton, SE7; Richard John Merrett, born 24th November 1915, residing Charlton, SE7; Rosina Merrett, born 13th July 1917, residing Charlton, SE7.  Guardian of Harold, Mrs Quilter.

Commemorated at Arras Memorial, Bay 7, France.
