Born Camberwell, SE.

22nd December 1903, enlisted Maidstone, Kent. Formerly labourer.

*Husband of Hagar Sarah Lee, of Dadlington, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

*1909 September Quarter, Market Bosworth Registration District there is a marriage of Hagar Sarah Freeman to Henry Slade Lee.

Children - Henriette Lee, born 25th November 1909; Albert Lee, born 25th February 1911; Alice Elizabeth Lee, born 29th April 1913.
