29th November 1915, enlisted; 29th November 1915, to Army Reserve; 14th June 1916, mobilized; 16th June 1916, posted 16th Royal Fusiliers, Service No.42029; 1st September 1916, transferred to 22nd Reserve Battalion, Service No.50692; 4th October 1916, posted BEF & embarked & posted to 26th Royal Fusiliers; 14th October 1916, transferred to 7th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 17th October 1916, joined Battalion In the Field; 7th December 1916, Abbeville, defective vision admitted 1 General Hospital; 7th December 1916,  Abbeville, transferred to Convalescent Camp; 16th December 1916, Etaples, 40 Infantry Base Depot; 25th February 1917, proceeded to join 7th Battalion In the Field.

25th November 1917, date when Separation Allowance of 17/6 a week & Allotment of Pay of 3/6 a week will cease.

26th November 1917, pension of 22/11 a week awarded to widow & two children.
