Enlisted Coventry, Warwickshire, age 20 years & 42 days, height 5ft 9 inches, weight 115½lbs. Resided 3 Winchester Street, Coventry, Warwickshire. Formerly Litho & Ceramic printer (reserved occupation).
Separation Allowance of 5/- a week & Allotment of Pay of 3/6 a week payable to mother.

He has been a steady and intelligent workman whilst in our employ and we believe you would find him in every way satisfactory."
