Enlisted Bromley, Kent, age 27, height 5ft 5½, weight 130lbs, scar from appendix operation. Resided 4 Perry Hall Villa, Orpington, Kent. Formerly gardener.

Home 3rd November 1914 to 29th August 1915; BEF 30th August 1915 to 26th September 1915.

3rd November 1914, enlisted & posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment; 14th November 1914, posted 8th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 26th September 1915, posted missing.

23rd January 1915, Bromley Register Office, married Annie Louisa Cooper, age 33, spinster.

12th June 1915, awarded pension of 17/6 a week to widow 7 one child.
