1911 Census - Mill Corner, Northiam, Sussex - George Beeching, head, age 44, married, coachman at Hotel, born Ticehurst, Sussex; Mary Beeching, wife, age 47, married 17 years, 4 children, all still alive, born Northiam, Sussex; George Beeching, son, age 12, scholar, born Rye, Sussex; Phyllis Beeching, daughter, age 8, scholar, born Northiam, Sussex.

Enlisted Hastings, Sussex, resided Northiam, Sussex.

Buried at  Hangard Communal Cemetery Extension, I.G.5., Somme, France.
