Private Frederick Leonard MAYHEW, G/28487, 7th Battalion,  Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment,  died of wounds, Flanders France, 1st April 1918, age 19. 

Born Aldringham, Suffolk, son of Frederick & Mary Annie Mayhew, of Bruisyard, Saxmundham, Suffolk.

Enlisted Ipswich, Suffolk.

Buried  at St Sever Cemetery Extension, P. IX. M. 1A., Rouen, France. Commemorated on Bruisyard War Memorial, inside the Parish Church, and takes the form of a white marble plaque.
