Buried in Voormezeele Enclosures No 1 & No 2, grave I. A. 8., leper West-Vlaanderen, Belgium, and commemorated on the Ightham War Memorial, brass plaque inside St Peters Church, Fen Pond Road, Ightham, Kent.
