Enlisted Watford, Hertfordshire, age 26 years & 9 months, height 5ft 7 inches, weight 126lbs, has a double denture to replace defective teeth. Resided 34, Railway Terrace, King's Langley, Hertfordshire. Formerly coal carman.

Separation Allowance of 5/3 a week & Allotment of Pay of 1/9  a week payable to mother.
