8th November 1913, St John, Redhill, Surrey, Frederick Charles Haiselden, age 25, bachelor, solicitors clerk, 50 Garlands Road, father William Haiselden, carpenter, married Constance Dora Head, age 24, spinster,  50 Garlands Road, father John Humphrey Head, gardener, deceased.

Enlisted  Redhill, Surrey.  Resided 12, St. John's Road, Earlswood, .

Commemorated at Thiepval Memorial, Pier & Face 11C, France.
