1916, March, Hitchin Registration District, married Alice Maud Smith.

Child? - Vera Constance Hillsdon, born 1916, September,  Hitchin Registration District; Glady M Hillsdon; Charles F I Smith Hillsdon;

Enlisted Bedford, Bedfordshire.  Resided Hitchin, Hertfordshire. 

Buried at At East end of Church, (St Mary's) Churchyard,  Kings Walden, Hertfordshire.

NOTE: Regimental History & Soldiers Died in the Great War both spell last name HILLSDEN ; CWGC web site spells it HILLSDON.
