Private Albert William PARKER, G/28112, 7th Battalion,  Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, (formerly T/4/057116, R.A.S.C.), died of wounds, Flanders France, 16th April 1918, age 30.

Born Rasby, Lincolnshire, son of John and Mary Parker, of Wrawby, Lincolnshire.

8th April 1888, Wrawby, Lincolnshire, baptism of Albert William Parker, son of John and Mary Parker.

1909 March Quarter, Doncaster Registration District, married Alice Hilton.

Children - Bertha Alice Parker, born 1st May 1909;


1911 Census - 35 Don View Terrace, Conisbrough near Rotherham, Yorkshire - Albert William Parker, head, age 23, married, horeseman on man, agriculture, worker, born Wrawby, Lincoln; Alice Parker, wife, age 23, married 2 years, 1 child, still alive, born Cheviot, Yorkshire; Bertha Parker, daughter, age 1, born Swinton, Yorkshire.


Children - George Henry Parker, born 4th June 1911; Herbert William Parker, born 14th May 1915.

Enlisted Retford, Lincolnshire.  Resided Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

Buried at Abbeville Communal Cemetery Extension, IV. A. 7., France.
