Resided 53 Hamilton Road, West Dulwich. States born West Norwood, Croydon Surrey. 30th July 1910 to 6th August 1910, Lewes, Annual Training.

Formerly chemists porter, working for Mr Ramsey, chemist, 51 Gipsy Hill, Norwood.
