Enlisted Richmond, Surrey.  Resided 16 Audley Road, Richmond, Surrey. 

1915, September Quarter, Richmond Surrey Registration District, Arthur A Makepeace married Margaret Valentine Langdon.

Commemorated at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Panel 45 and 47, Belgium.
