Lieutenant Francis Moull Storer BOWEN, 9th Battalion, Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, attached 1st Battalion, Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, killed in action, 1st July 1916, age 32.

Born 18th July 1883, second son of Henry Storer Bowen and Beatrice Bowen, of Littlebourne, Canterbury, Kent.

Educated Brentwood School 1891 - 1900.

28th February 1916, posted BEF.

Buried at Ancre British Cemetery, VII. D. 44., Beaumont-Hamel, Somme, France and on Littlebourne War Memorial, Canterbury, Kent & Gray's Inn War Memorial.
