3rd June 1916, enlisted; 1st December 1916, disembarked; 21st December 1916, joined Battalion, "A" Company; 14th March 1917, appointed paid Lance Corporal; 8th July 1917, 13 Field Ambulance, myalgia; 9th July 1917, to Duty, rejoined "A" Company.

29th April 1918, pension of 18/9 a week awarded to widow and one child.
