22nd April 1905, St Michael & All Angels, Bromley, Joseph George Buck, age 23, bachelor, labourer, of 15 Cawdor Street, son of Joseph Buck, boilermaker, married Gertrude Violet Dickenson, age 25, spinster of 15 Cawdor Street, daughter of William Dickerson, deceased.


1911 Census - 9 Cliff Street, Canning Town, E. - Joseph Buck, head, age 29, married, ship platers helper, Thames Ironworks, born Poplar, London; Gertrude Buck, wife, age 31, married 5 years, no children, born Stepney, London.


Enlisted 26th May 1915, Poplar, Middlesex.

Served with the Expeditionary Force in France from 11th October 1915.

Commemorated at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Panel 45 & 47, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
