26th December 1885, born Bethnal Green, Middlesex, son of Edward Watts & Louisa Watts, of Bethnal Green, London.
30th January 1903, enlisted Stratford, London, E. Formerly carman.
1911 Census - Military, India - Charles Watts, Private, age 26, single, 2nd Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment, Soldier, born Bethnal Green, London.
15th August 1914, posted BEF.
His brothers George Watts and William Watts, (of the same Battalion) also fell.
Buried at Bethune Town Cemetery, III. A. 37, Pas de Calais, France.
