Enlisted Tonypandy, Glamorganshire, age 18 years & 11 months, weight 111lbs, fair complexion, grey eyes, light hair. Formerly musician, drummer.

Separation Allowance of 8/9 a week & Allotment of Pay of 3/6 a week payable to mother.
