Husband of Rose Cozens (nee Moody). Married 9th June 1913, Lambeth, London.
Children - Doris M Cozens, born 25th October 1913, Brixton; Elsie Gertrude Cozens, born 31st December 1918, Herne Hill.
Postings - Home, 2nd October 1914 to 25th July 1915; BEF, 26th July 1915 to 3rd March 1918; Home, 4th March 1918 to 22nd February 1919.
Discharged 22nd February 1919 due to 50% disability, otitis media & varicose veins. Allowance of 18/9 a week plus 5/10 per week for two children. Address on discharge, 15, St Georges Hill, Herne Hill, SE14.
