Percival William Steers, son, age 17, single, Clerk, County Court, worker, born Holy Trinity, Hastings, Sussex.


1911 June Quarter, Hastings Registration District, Samuel John Steers, married Mabel Colin (born 8th September 1883).

7th October 1919, Probate - Samuel John Steers, of 22 Tower Road West, St Leonards-on-Sea, died 26th November 1918, in France. Probate Lewes 7th October to Mabel Steers, widow. Effects £378 5s 10d.

Buried at St Sever Cemetery Extension, S. III. K. 5., Rouen, Seine-Maritime, France. Commemorated Hastings War Memorial.
