Enlisted  Deptford, SE, age 29 years & 264 days, height 5ft ?? inches, ganglion left wrist.  Resided 87 Lower Park Road, Peckham SE.  Formerly clerk.

Home 2nd November 1915 to 2nd May 1916; BEF 3rd May 1916 to 5th July 1916.

Buried at Berks Cemetery Extension, I. E. 12., Comines-Warneton, Hainaut, Belgium.
