Children - Walter Albert Crisp, born 9th July 1911, Deptford; Ernie Henry Crisp, born 13th July 1912, Greenwich; Gwendoline Bessie Crisp, born 17th May 1916, Greenwich, died at  3 Czar St, Deptford, 3rd June 1916, 17 days old, from bronchitis.

Enlisted   Deptford, SE, age 26, height 5ft 8¼ inches, weight 139½ lbs, scar inside right knee, fit subject to dental treatment, upper jaw.  Resided 3 Czar St, Deptford, SE. Formerly labourer / butcher.
