26th March 1891, St John The Evangelist, Kensal Green, Westmister, baptism of William Charles Crook, son of Henry, (gardener),  & Margaret Crook, of 23 Napier Road.

Enlisted Mill Hill, Middlesex.

6th February 1915, posted Asiatic Theatre of War.

Buried at  Baghdad (North Gate) War Cemetery,  XXI. R. 38.,  Iraq.
