Born Lambeth, Middlesex, son of Annie Louisa Frampton, High Street, Stoke under Ham, Somerset.

War Office Memo 13th May 1912 - I am commanded by the Army Council that the enlistment of the boy (P G Frampton) named in the margin for the Royal West Kent Regiment, for posting to the 2nd Battalion, for training as a musician is approved.
