Born Downton, Wiltshire, son of Roland Lacy Fuller and Alice Fuller, of St. Ines, Hoo, Rochester, Kent.

Enlisted Chatham, Kent. Resided 50 High Street, Rochester, Kent.

Buried at Dartmoor Cemetery, II. C. 89., Becordel-Becourt, France.
