Children - Leonard Frederick Foreman, born 21st August 1910, Maidstone; Leslie James Foreman, born 6th November 1913; Jessie Pear Foreman, born 14th December 1916, Farnham.

Enlisted  London, age 31, height 5ft 2½ inches, weight 126lbs, defective upper teeth. Resided High Street, Bearsted, Kent. Formerly valet.

29th May 1915, enlisted; 2nd June 1915, Woldingham, joined 16th Battalion, (Public Schools Battalion)Middlesex Regiment, Service No.2311 /89250; 18th November 1915, posted 24th Battalion, Middlesex Regiment; 1st September 1916, transferred to Training Reserve, Service No.TR/10/44139; 1st September 1916, posted 100 Battalion, Training Reserve; 3rd March 1917, appointed paid Acting Lance Corporal; 20th September 1917, posted Infantry 256 Battalion; 26th September 1917, transferred 5th Battalion, Middlesex Regiment; 21st October 1917, posted as Private to Infantry Base Depot; 29th October 1917, posted 21st Battalion, Middlesex Regiment; 31st October 1917, transferred to Royal West Kent Regiment & posted 11th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 25th July 1918, posted 8th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment.

21st April 1919, pension of 29/7 a week awarded to widow & three children. (child Leonard Frederick Foreman, born 21st August 1910 was maintained by the soldier prior to enlistment)

16th September 1919, widow living at Nantlys?, St Asaph, North Wales.

Buried at  Delsaux Farm Cemetery, I. C. 14, Beugny, Pas de Calais, France.
