Born Deptford, SE, son of Charles Richard and Alice E. Pratt, of 14, Frankham Street, Deptford, London.

Enlisted 19th November 1915, Deptford, SE, age 20, height 5ft 6 inches, weight 130lbs. Formerly labourer.

8th December 1916, posted BEF.

Commemorated at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, XX. D. 19A., Belgium.
