Private Frederick William Thomas FORSDICK, G/30904, 7th  Battalion, Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, (formerly G/57589, Middlesex Regiment),  died of wounds, Flanders France,  6th May 1918, age 19. 

Born Clapham, Surrey, son of Henry E. S. and Caroline E. Forsdick, of 157, Church Road, Battersea, London.

20th April1915, Clapham, enlisted 2/23rd  Battalion, The London Regiment, Territorial Ford, Service No.3640. Age 19 years & 8 months, height 5ft 8 inches, weight 133lbs. Resided 157, Church Road, Battersea, London.; 23rd June 1915, discharged having made a mis-statement of age on enlistment. At time of discharge, age 16 years & 2 months, height 5ft 3½ inches, fresh complexion, blue eyes, dark brown hair, trade father assistant.


Enlisted Camberwell, Surrey.  Resided 157, Church Road, Battersea, SW.

Buried at  Crouy British Cemetery, VI. D. 13., Crouy-sur-Somme, Somme, France.
