Eltisley, Cambridgeshire; 11th December 1915, enlisted; 12th December 1915, to Army Reserve; 23rd March 1916, mobilized & posted 3/1 Suffolk Yeomanry, Service No.3651; 27th August 1916, posted BEF; 27th August 1916, Folkestone, embarked; 27th August 1916, Boulogne, disembarked; 28th August 1916, 15? Infantry Base Depot, posted 1/4th Battalion,  Suffolk Regiment; 7th September 1916, transferred to 4th Reserve Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment, posted 7th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 30th September 1916, reported wounded and missing after the fighting at Thiepval, assumed to have been killed in action on that date.
