Enlisted Tunbridge Wells, Kent, age 28 years & 239 days, height 5ft 6 inches, weight 151 lbs.  Resided The Decoy Pond, Pembury, Kent. Formerly dog trainer.

Home 7th December 1915 to 4th September 1916; BEF 5th September 1916 to 9th October 1916.

Separation Allowance of 9/- a week & Allotment of Pay 3/6 a week.

7th December 1915, enlisted; 8th December 1915, to Army Reserve; 29th May 1916, mobilized; 31st May 1916, posted 3rd Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 5th September 1916, Infantry Base Depot.

13th December 1916, Mrs Mary A Cummins, 3 The Square, Denton Pavey, Andover Hampshire.

7th May 1917, pension of 13/9 a week awarded to widow, Mrs Mary A Cummins, Lodge Road, Feltwell, Brandon, Norfolk.

Commemorated at Thiepval Memorial, Pier & Face 11C, Somme, France.
