Private Charles Thomas NOBLE, L/8176, 1st  Battalion, Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, died of wounds received on 23rd JUly 1916, at High Wood, Flanders France, 26th July 1916.

Born 22nd August 1890, Deptford, SE, son of Private Charles Noble, now (1918), serving in France with 1st  Battalion, Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, by his wife Alice, (daughter of William Evans).

Enlisted 1906, Maidstone, Kent.  Resided Deptford, SE.

Served 7 years in India, also with the Expeditionary Force in France & Flanders.

Unmarried.

Buried at Heilly Station Cemetery, II. E. 9., Mericourt-l'Abbe, France.
