Private Charles Evan FLACK, NR/20253, (7958), 5th Battalion, Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, died 11th February 1915, Heathcote Vol. Aid Hospital of Bronco Pneumonia.

Previously served in the Royal Navy, belonged to Nation Reserve.

20th May 1900, St Paul's Chatham, Kent, Charles Evan Flack, age 30, father John Flack, married Hannah Duffield

Enlisted Chatham, Kent, age 43. Resided 71 Coleman Street, Chatham, Kent.

Home 23rd September 1914 to 11th February 1915.

23rd September 1914, enlisted, 5th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 26th September 1914, appointed Lance Corporal; 6th January 1915, promoted Corporal.

30th August 1915, pension of 10/6 a week awarded to widow, Mrs Hannah Flack.

Buried at Dartford (East Hill) Cemetery, A. 76., United Kingdom.
