Previously served Royal Army Ordnance Corps.

Enlisted Dorchester, Dorset, age 38 years & 2 months, height 5ft 6½ inches, weight 152lbs.  Resided Hill? Mount, Parkstone, Dorset / 37 Victoria Terrace, Wallsend on Tyne, Northumberland / Lower Kealdarve, Glenbeigh, Co. Kerry, Ireland. Formerly male nurse.
