Private Arthur William VOSE, G/21404, 7th Battalion,  Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, (formerly 40990, 3rd South Lancs Regiment / 51633, Cheshire Regiment), killed in action,  Flanders France, death assumed on or after, 19th  September 1918, age 22.

Born Warrington, Lancashire, enlisted 16th November 1915, Warrington, Lancashire, age 19, height 5ft 5 inches, weight 132lbs, resided 79 Ellesmere Street, Warrington, Lancashire. Formerly wireworker.

Only son of William Vose, of 79, Ellesmere St., Warrington, Lancashire and the late Margaret Vose. Five sisters.

16th November 1915, enlisted; 17th November 1915, to Army Reserve; 8th June 1917, mobilized; 9th JUne 1917, posted 3rd South Lancs Regiment ; 18th October 1917, BEF France; 25th October 1917, transferred to Cheshire Regiment; 29th July 1918, transferred to 21404, Royal West Kent Regiment

Buried at Templeux-le-Guerard British Cemetery, II. B. 40., Somme, France.
