Son of John Henry and Alice Nicholl, formerly of Halifax, Yorkshire; husband of Blanche Nicholl, of 13, Hartington St., Moss Side, Manchester, Lancashire.

Commemorated at Haringhe (Bandaghem) Military Cemetery, I. A. 17., Belgium.

NOTE: Regimental History & Soldiers Died in the Great War show lastname as NICOL; CWGC web site show it as NICHOLL.
