Private Alfred NELHAM, G/28176, Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, attached 1st / 20th London Regiment,  killed in action, Flanders France, 1st December 1917, age 40.

Born St Lukes, London, enlisted Canning Town, E, resided West Ham, Essex.

Son of the late William and Nancy Nelham; husband of Florence Jane Frances Nelham, of 27, Stephen's Road, West Ham, London.

Commemorated at Cambrai Memorial, Panel 8, Louverval, France.

NOTE: Not included in QORWK Regimental History but shown on CWGC web site and included in Soldiers Died in the Great War under The London Regiment.
