Private Alfred George BATES, 12158, 3rd Battalion, Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, (transferred to 308500, 187th Company, Labour Corps),  died, 14th November 1918, at 5 General Hospital, Rouen, France, age 29.

1889 March Quarter, Medway Registration District, born, son of George and Mary Ann Bates, of 38, Church Road, Gillingham, Kent.

Buried  at  St Sever Cemetery Extension, S. III. EE. 14., Rouen, France.
