Enlisted New York, USA.  Resided Cleburne, Texas, USA.

Husband of Emma Louisa Mills, (formerly Cornish), of 170, High St., Lowestoft, Suffolk.

Buried at  Grevillers British Cemetery, XIII. D. 16., Pas de Calais, France.
