Pension, 12/6 a week for 6 months conditional. Medically unfit, nephritis, originated June 1916, France, stares that when at Brae in France he had an attack of inflammation of the kidneys and was sent to hospital where he remained for 8 days. Man suffers from chronic nephritis, urine contains albumen in large quantities. Prevents 50% for 6 months. Expires 11th April 1917. 19th February 1917, report of Medical Board prevents 50%, 18/- a week for 26 weeks, expires 11th October 1917. 18th August 1917, report of Medical Board, no incapacity. Change current award to 13/9 a week from 4th April 1917 to 16th October 1917, with £5 gratuity.
