18th June 1917 pension of 15/- a week awarded to widow, 5 Manor Cottages, Westerham, Kent / 60 Upperton Road, Eastbourne, Sussex / 4, Mill Road, Westerham, Kent.

Buried at Philosophe British Cemetery, II. C. 11., Mazingarbe, Pas de Calais, France..
